Our pricing depends on the venue (Whitehall, Venue 518, Jordan's & The Annex) and day of the week. One day rentals at one of our venues typically range from $1,500 - $5,000 depending on the day and space.  Discounts are available when you rent the whole block or rent venues for multiple days. Yes, we require a non-refundable rental reservation fee which is 25% of the rental fee to reserve your date.  

We do allow you to bring in your own caterer. All food must come prepared.

We have a large parking lot located directly across from our venue as well as parking along the buildings of our block. There is ample room for 250+ cars.

Tables, chairs, set up, and take down are included in your rental fee. 

We have 72" rounds for guest seating and rectangular 6 or 8 foot for head tables, food, and display. Linens can be added on for $18 a piece.
