Our pricing depends on the venue (Whitehall, Venue 518, Jordan's & The Annex) and day of the week. One day rentals at one of our venues typically range from $1,500 - $5,000 depending on the day and space.  Discounts are available when you rent the whole block or rent venues for multiple days. Yes, we require a non-refundable rental reservation fee which is 25% of the rental fee to reserve your date.  

Although we prefer you to use our catering services, we do allow you to bring in your own caterer for an extra charge. We have a prep kitchen available, but all food must come prepared. 

Yes, you can! We are very flexible when it comes to bar options. Our only requirement is that you use our bartenders for liability purposes. We have three bar options: 

1) Cash Bar - we provide alcohol and all bar necessities; guests pay for drinks at the bar. Set-up fee $150.

2) Open bar - we provide alcohol and all bar necessities and charge a set amount per person for unlimited drinking. Set-up fee $150.

3) Bring your own alcohol - you provide alcohol and all bar necessities. Cork fee $250.

We have a large parking lot located directly across from our venue as well as parking along the buildings of our block. There is ample room for 250+ cars.

Tables, chairs, set up, and take down are included in your rental fee. We have 72" rounds for guest seating and rectangular 8 foot for head tables, food, and display. We do not supply linens, but we can give you our recommendations.
